Deus Ex: Mankind Divided Deluxe Edition - Season Pass shows "Owned" but I cannot ...

I'm in the same boat pretty much. While I finally have access to the single player items that came with the season pass, there's still no sign of the breach content.

 

I'm missing praxis kits and credits

 

I, too, am experiencing this issue. The assault and tactical packs showed up, but the only items I received from them were the 2 guns and the 2 augments. Everything else is STILL missing, a week after release. That includes 4 praxis kits, 5k credits, 1k
crafting parts, 5 booster packs (breach mode), 20 chipsets (breach mode), and multiple grenades (frag, emp, smoke, gas).

This is frankly unacceptable. I paid nearly $100 for the digital deluxe version expressly because I wanted the season pass and its content and I've still not received even half of what I paid for. This needs to be fixed immediately.

 

So this is what I got

2 praxis kits

1 of each grenade

1300 crafting parts

2000 credits

Elite tranq rifle

Elite Combat Rifle

Elite battle rifle

Elite 10mm pistol

Classic revolver

Enforcet armour

Modern armour

Classic armour

Classic trench coat

Intruder trench coat

Modern trench coat.

I pre- Ordered the the deluxe edition with season pass

Seems I'm missing equipment from the assault pack

 

I'm also missing praxis point and credits.

My sincere apologies for misreading your post yesterday. I had a pretty solid case of the Mondays and what I thought I read wasn't at all what you posted, I'm so sorry.

I know this is going to seem redundant of me to ask but I just want to be sure that I cover absolutely all the bases here.

At any point during your play through, have you moved the items into your inventory and then possibly reloaded your save?

Just trying to collect as much information as possible so we can have as clear a picture as possible.

 

Hi Miss Bijoux. I understand, I'm just a little frustrated that I'm not able to use the content I purchased (which I know isn't your fault, I worked support myself for many years so I am sympathetic to those on the front lines, like yourself but sometimes
my frustrations get the best of me).

In answer to you query, no, I am aware of Square-Enix's strange (and rather disappointing) stance on the DLC so that isn't what I am experiencing. The items I've pulled out of the Storage Locker are ones I've marked as received. The ones I've noted as missing
are ones I've never received in my storage locker to begin with. Also, items like the Breach Chipsets and Breach Booster packs (that I have not received) wouldn't show up in the storage locker, they would just show up in game when playing the Breach mode.

Still no fix, I'm keeping an eye on this thread. I hope we won't have any problems when System Rift comes out.

 

Hey everyone!

Just wanted to drop in and let everyone know that this issue should be cleared up. If you haven't already, please visit the "Manage Game" option under Deus Ex from the "Games & Apps" section of your Xbox One. Make sure you have the add-ons installed and
if not, manually download them from there.

All consumables should be in your in-game "storage". The augmentation "Chaff" should unlock immediately at the beginning of your game while Micro-Assembler will unlock after you finish a quest that takes you to see Koller in a Prague mission.

Booster Packs and Chipsets are granted in Breach Mode. Once you finish the tutorial (called “Network 0” in the game), you should get all the notifications about them. Let us know how it goes

Still have the same issue regarding the additional season pass items. Manually downloaded the add-on like described, but as per today (Sept 16), nothing of the items (4 Praxis Kits, 1000 Crafting Parts, 5000 Credits, 5 Breach Booster Packs and 20 Chipsets)
and some others items from the Assault and Tactical packs are added to the storage.

I pre-ordered the Digital Deluxe Edition and I have all of the EXACT same issues as OP/ogunther. I monitor this thread since launch in hope of a solution.

 

Hey, spawner75! To be clear, please make sure you have downloaded all of these add-ons from the Manage Game section for Deus Ex: Mankind Divided:

• Assault Gear
• Tactical Gear
• Classic Gear
• Intruder Gear
• Enforcer Gear
• Desperate Measures

All in-game items are in your inventory located in the in-game menu > Inventory > Storage.

For the Booster Packs and Chipsets, you are required to finish the tutorial called Network 0 in the game, and then you will receive notifications for those.

If you have done all of this and are still not seeing all of the items that you've mentioned, please post back so that we can make sure the teams investigating this are aware. Thanks!
