Deus Ex: Mankind Divided Deluxe Edition - Season Pass shows "Owned" but I cannot ...

I have opened a ticket with Square Enix support as well but since I purchased this digital game via the Microsoft Store I wanted to post it here, too. Earlier yesterday I was also not able to access the Covert Agent Pack either but that issue has been resolved.
The items that are supposed to come with the Season Pass are still missing, however. It appears that even though the Xbox Store says I own the Season Pass, it's not actually allowing me to download it.

Deus Ex: Mankind Divided - How do I access my Covert Agent Pack?

I purchased the Deus Ex: Mankind Divided Deluxe Edition for Xbox One directly from the Microsoft Store but have yet to receive the Covert Agent Pack that was supposed to be included (I did receive the game, my season pass and the extra mission). I've checked
in game (both the inventory and the outfits screen) and found nothing. I contacted support and they opened a ticket but suggested I post here, too.

 

unable to redeem code for Deus Ex: Human Revolution

I've received codes for Deus Ex: Human Revolution and the Missing Link Add-on after buying Deus Ex: Mankind Divided - Digital Deluxe Edition

I were able to redeem the code for the Missing Link

However I can not redeem the code for Deus Ex: HR

Xbox support determined that the code is locked to the US and not DK and they asked me to post the issue here

 

I'm in the same boat. I didn't get any of the promised DLC.

 

Hey ogunther and DraydenDD -

For your consumable items, in-game, open your inventory then go to the gun icon. Press LT to open your storage and then you should see your items available for transfer from storage to inventory. Do note that those items are single use only, however.

Weapons, skins, and augmentations are durable content and are NOT one-time use and should be automatically available in all your playthroughs.

Let us know if that helps or if you are still experiencing issues!

 

I am having this issue as well. But I am not seeing the items in the inventory for the dlc. Been working group with Microsoft but haven't found a resolution. Have also submitted a ticket to square Enix.

 

Hi Miss Bijoux. Thanks for responding but unfortunately that does not solve my Season Pass issue. If you look at the screenshots I provided (via the link in my original post) you'll see that they are not in my Locker Storage. The issue appears to be, as
best I can tell, that Microsoft is not actually linking the Season Pass to my account. It shows that I "own" it (you can see this in one of the screenshots) but does not give me an option to install it. Nor does it show up from the Manage Game page when viewing
Deus Ex.

 

FYI, I just received this email response from my Season Pass issue ticket I opened with Square-Enix support (so at least we know they are aware and working on it):

We are aware that some players are affected by this issue and are currently working together with Microsoft to resolve this as soon as possible.

Have you re-started your playthrough at any point thus far?

 

I'm still playing through my first playthrough (I'm going slow) so hopefully this is resolved in time for me to use the Season Pass extras before I start a NewGame+ game.

 

I wanted to let you know the Tactical and Assault Packs are now installable and the Season Pass has a "Manage" button now (which, when clicked takes you to the page where you can install the Tactical & Assault packs). That's the good news; the bad news is
that once installed, all I received from them were the two weapons and a few other items; a lot is still missing. So here's where I stand:

Assault Pack:

X Custom Skinned Battle Rifle (Received)

- Chaff Augmentation (Missing)

X Battle Rifle Ammo (Received)

X Battle Rifle Armor Piercing Ammo (Received)

- 2 Frag Grenades (Missing)

- 2 EMP Grenades (Missing)

Tactical Pack:

X Custom Skinned Tranquilizer Rifle (Received)

X The Micro Assembler Augmentation (Received)

X Tranquilizer Ammo (Received)

- 3 Smoke Grenades (Missing)

- 2 Gas Grenades (Missing)

Additional Season Pass Items:

- 4 Praxis Kits (Missing)

- 1000 Crafting Parts (Missing)

- 5000 Credits (Missing)

- 5 Booster Packs (Missing)

- 20 Chipsets (Missing)

Let me know if there's any other information I can provide or if there is anything else I can try on my end (I should note that I did try a hard reset on the Xbox but nothing else showed up).
