    Deus Ex: Mankind Divided - Content add-on issues - Not getting what I paid for


    I purchased the season pass, and never received any of the bonus content that you were supposed to get. I also tried using the in game store, and it also didn't deliver. This is ***, because you cant get the money back from the Xbox store , nor is it easy
    to report this issue except in the forums

    Didn't receive my Deus Ex Mankind Divided purchase bonus codes

    Preordered Deus Ex Mankind Divided at the beginning of august and still haven't received codes for Deus Ex: Human Revolution and The Missing Link Add-on.

    Hey there CHAOSincarnat!

    This issue should have resolved by now for you. Can you give your Xbox One a quick power cycle by holding down the power button for 8-10 seconds (until your Xbox One powers off), then try accessing the content again?
