Is this happening on your computer or console? Also, have you tried changing the language directly from the menu?

Almost two hours ago, I was talking with an agent, after that I found that in the section Game and Add-ons (related to the game Deus Ex: Human Revolution), I needed to install two more packs. Thank you so much for your reply. I am now installing these packs.
