    Deus Ex: Human Revolution code not yet received. On the 23rd August I purchased Deus Ex: Mankind Divided which had a purchase price of £49.99, the description it stated with this version I would receive a code in 7 days for Deus Ex: Human Revolution for
    a limited time which would be playable on Xbox One via backward compatibility.

    I have been on vacation for 12 days just after I made the purchase and on return I have checked my messages on both the web version and on my Xbox One but there has been no code sent.

    I had a web chat with tech support who were not successful in resolving my issue and sugested posting on here. Can anybody help with this please.

    Not have received any code for play Deus Ex Human Revolution after purchase Deus Ex Mankind Divided

    Sorry for my English. I have reserved and purchased Deus EX Mankind Divided and still not have received any code to be able to play with Deus Ex Human Revolution.

    Preordered Deus Ex Mankind Divided at the beginning of august and still haven't received codes for Deus Ex: Human Revolution and The Missing Link Add-on.
