Deus Ex experiencing issues

Hello,

I've been playing Deus Ex: Human Revolution on my Xbox One recently and have been experiencing a few issues. The game has frozen on two occasions thus far. It tried reloading my save and uninstalling the game and trying again but both times it has failed
to work. The first happened inside the Sarif Industries building in the Detroit area and the second time was in the Panchaea level. I was able to get around the Sarif Industries freeze but there is no way to proceed past the Panchaea freeze spot. Is there
anything else I can try to get past these glitches?

P.S. I am loving backwards compatibility despite the incidents I've had in this game.

Xbox.com profile and it looks like you've been successfully playing and unlocking achievements in Deus Ex: Mankind Divided. Are you still experiencing issues that we can assist with?

 

Bioshock The Collection

I'm going to pick this up after I'm finished with Deus Ex (on my third playthrough) and Gears 4. I'm looking forward to experiencing Rapture again!

 

Unfortunately some of the backwards compatible games are still a bit buggy and glitchy simplely because they weren't tested extensively before the transfer.

What chapter are you at in the game? I found something for chapter 15.

The solution is to load a manually created earlier save from chapter 14 (for example, after a boss fight and just before meeting Megan Reed), then in chapter 15 don't touch anything (except maybe disarming proximity mines on the way to this door) - don't
even try to disable electricity on the floor. And the game won't freeze. Then save right after entering this door.

The only other thing I'd recommend trying is to install the game on an external drive instead of your main hard drive and see if that helps.

 

Ok, so I just found what you're referring to so it may have to do with the original game and not backwards compatibility. I found a way around the problem so I should be fine. Thanks for your quick response.
