Hi Jackson! I'm Rostom, an Independent Advisor. I will be glad to help you here.

Have you tried to reset or restart your network devices like your modem, router, etc.?

Please also try connecting your computer to your wireless network or Wi-Fi to isolate the issue.

Minecraft Bedrock for Windows 10 - Store Connection Lost

    Hi ,

Welcome to Xbox Community Forums. We appreciate for sharing your concern with us and we hope that you are doing well today.

We understand the inconvenience caused. We will be glad to assist you with this. However, before we proceed, we would like to ask some questions about it.

    1. Have you check if there are programs blocking outgoing connections?
    2. Do you have existing firewall program? Try to disable it or change its configuration.
    3. Did you try to restart your modem or router?
    • You may also want to try logging out of your account and then logging back in, as this refreshes your profile's authentication and connection with our servers.
Here are some suggested steps for you to try.

    Resetting the app?
    1. Open the Start Menu and click the Settings icon
    2. Click "Apps" and go to the "Apps & Features" tab
    3. Find Minecraft and click it, then "Advanced Options"
    4. Click "Reset"

Sometimes using proxy to connect to the internet may cause issues while connecting to the network. Follow the steps below to disable proxy:

    *Open the New Modern Settings
    *Select Network & Internet
    *Go to Proxy
    *Disable Use Proxy Server

Now Open Windows Store it should work if it doesn't try to also Disable Automatically Detect Settings & Use Script Setup. Alternately Try Enabling them, & some enable disabled combination with these 3 options.

We hope it worked out well for you. If not, please reply back to this forum to let us know.

We will be glad to follow up and help you.

    Sincerely,

    Geri M.

Hello! It worked and not worked at the same time.

Before you even answered me I got the 30-day trial, but just to confirm if I would get the problem solved if I did not got 30-day trial I did everything you instructed me and at the first time, it worked. But I did not confirm the buy because now I have the trial and when I opened the game again, the same error appeared.

I don't know why it happens, I did contact Mojang itself, and they don't knew how to properly solve the problem.

    EDIT: Everytime I do this:

    3. Find Minecraft and click it, then "Advanced Options"
    4. Click "Reset"

I reset every config of the game, but at least they let me subscribe the Realm Plus, so I will mark this as solved.

    Thank you.
