Details on when my communications ban is lifted?

I've been told I am to receive an email with specifics and the date of when my ban is lifted. For whatever reason (likely since I changed my email recently) I didn't receive an email at my current address. I checked the enforcement.xbox.com website and looked
at my ban which is supposed to also have a date of when I'm to be unbanned, but it doesn't say.

Am I permanently banned? Is it possible to learn when it's lifted or receive another email to my current email address about specifics?

BEFORE reporting someone be SURE they deserve it, ASK QUESTIONS of the player instead of the now-common, knee-jerk reaction of being offended and seeking VENGENCE instead of JUSTICE.

Additionally, do not make threats of violence against anyone on these forums, regardless of how you feel about their assistance.

 

Communications suspensions, according to the Enforcement website, are usually issued in lengths of 1, 7, or 14 days (depending on severity). During the suspension, all communication
on your end is disabled, but you should still be able to play multiplayer matches on Xbox Live.

You may be permanently banned if you are unable to connect to Xbox Live at all.
