Details changed by an hacker

A fellow hacker going by the name of "sondom" have gotten control at my minecraft account by scamming me. He changed the details of the minecraft account, to an email and a password which i have no clue of.
Please tell me what to do, as this hacker blocked my discord and got control over the thing that means a lot to my heart.

So if the hacker changes all the information associated with the account then you will be unable to recover the account even if you give the old details?

I can't use those links as when I put in the email linked to the account it says it doesn't exist as the hackers changed email details

No, there is no way to do this via the web, and there is no possibility to go around that 30days wait time.
