Detailed Test Results

Hi all.

I recently ran the Detailed Network Test on the Xbox One and noticed that my reported speeds are much lower than what I get from running a test on my PC.

For example, when I run a speedtest to a local server I get a result with a ping of around 10 ms and speeds are 75 mb/s down and 75 mb/s up (Verizon Fios).

When I run the test on the Xbox One My ping isn't bad <50 but my download drops to 2 mb/s and my upload is 20 mb/s.

Any ideas what could be causing the drop? No other devices were running when I performed the test.

Can't Open My NAT. Tried Pretty Much Everything.

May you perform a multiplayer connection test please? In the result screen please hold LT, LB, RT and RB simultaneously to start the detailed connection test. Wait for the detailed NAT status and post back the results here.

 

Downloading Updates Takes Forever!

Do a detailed network statistics test in settings under the network tab and post your results.

 

Oh and my NAT is Open with no packet loss.

Update: Rebooting the router fixed the speed report on Xbox One.
