    I am in the UK on Virgin fibre with a 200Mbps connection. Right now speedtest.net is showing 160Mbps download and 14Mbps upload. However, I never see anything like those speeds when downloading on the Xbox. Running "Detailed network statistics" normally
    shows somewhere between 7 and 20Mbps -usually single figures - for the download, but the full 14/15Mbps for the upload.

    My Xbox is connected to the same gigabit switch,as my PC. I've swapped the cables over and it makes no difference at all the Xbox speeds.

    I have UPnP enabled on my router and my NAT type is Open.

    I don't know what server is accessed for "Detailed network statistics", maybe it's in the USA, but surely I should get more than 7Mbps download when my PC gets 160?!?!

    Xbox One not getting correct download speed using a wired netowrk.

    Hi! I recently tested my download speed on my pc, and I had a 3.05 download, and a 0.5 upload... ( I know terrible )


    but I went on xbox one this morning because I was lagging TERRIBLE on titanfall, bf4, and nba 2k14 and I did detailed network statistics and it says I have a 0.010 download, and 0.01 upload, so that roughly an 84 kb/s dl speed and a ping that is through the roof with 30 % packet loss, remember I am using a WIRED network here, can any of you help me or have a problem similar to this with a fix?

    Im using wifi. When i do the detailed network statistics, the download and upload speeds don’t show up.

    downloading problems

    It doesnt help. status is all fine but downloading speed is still the same. There's a detailed network statistics on xbox, and I checked the download speed in it is only 4.16mbps yet I run the similar test on pc using the same network, it says i have 200mb
    internet bandwidth.

    Was the Xbox console showing bandwith usage while on the Network Statistics page?

    Because if the console isn't downloading anything after the reset, it's obvious, that the console won't slow down your Internet, as it's putting no load on your bandwith.

    Please check, if and when the console is using your bandwith again, if your issue is resolved, as I'm afraid the reset just caused the console to stop downloading until it has collected enough information and starts downloading necessary updates (IF necessary)
    again.
