Detailed network statics page not displaying numbers

Hi All,

I've been having network issues with my xbox one console to connecting to xbox live. When running a detailed network statistics page it displays the page but doesn't display the up and download speed. now I'm suspecting its the internet connection itself.
if connect my xbox to my phone it works fine. so I'm not 100% sure i whats going here. i have a optus netgear router , has anyone else had issues like with there routers and connection

New Console - Chat Issues

I just ran a Detailed Network Statics on my Xbox One, and the MTU says 510? I know that's low, but how do I fix it?

Latency on XBox 1

What latency are you showing on your xbox 1 when you go to detailed network check. I'm on wired connection with Virgin 120mb and getting 160ms and near 200 on wireless. Nat is showing as moderate, setup as a static ip on netgear 3700 router.

Yep, same here. Since yesterday afternoon. On Optus Netgear modem/router also. I’m not sure if it’s an ISP thing combined with the May update. Still waiting 4 answers from both sides. This is not fun at all!!Waiting.

I have the same problem in my Xbox One X. I'm not sure about if this problem is only in X models. My internet connection works fine too, when connected in my PC for example.

You have a answer about this problem? How can we resolve?

it sounds like your router is the source of the problem.

I am having the same issue. I was downloading an update for a game, and it was frustratingly slow. I went to check what the speed I was getting from there, for kicks, and only get MTU and Latency (a tad higher than normal for me at 28ms). Everything else
in the house is running fine.

Ok, so I
think this model is close enough and the interface should be the same, since it's the same manufacturer.

Page 27 has the manual on setting port forwarding.

And we're going to be setting the ports found on this page, here.

Rule name can be whatever you want, server IP is the IP address of the Xbox One, so you should set that statically (details below on how to do that in the manual), external and internal port are going to be the same (port nubmers found on the link above),
and protocol is also found on the Port details page linked above. Make those match, and you should have an Open NAT after that.

Setting the IP statically is covered on page 24 on the DCHP tab, if you find your Xbox in there, and select BIND on that page, it should set the IP address it is currently as a permanent IP address and will set it statically.

Let me know if you have any questions for any of that.
