DESTINY2 DELUXE EDITION NO PRE-ORDER ITEMS

I got the digital deluxe of Xbox and met all the requirements : level 20 and and finished the campaign. I did get any of the preorder items, no cold heart, ghost or emote. I installed everything again no results. I tried on bungie forums , no asnwer.

Any Idea.

Did not receive Plants vs. Zombies Garden Warfare 2: Deluxe edition DLC/pre-order DLC

I bought the Deluxe Edition off the Xbox One store and I didn't get the actual Deluxe Edition DLC or the pre-order DLC. Nothing shows up under manage game.

The store is telling me to purchase the Deluxe Edition again for $62.99, which I already have according to my purchase email receipt and xbox.com download history (my games).

Also, on the xbox.com download history, it shows me I have ALL four items.

However, all items other than the standard edition lead to broken 'page not found' errors!

i havent recived my ea access code yet

i pre orderd fifa 16 on the 14/9 and i havent recived my ea access code yet, whats the problem?

Sorry to hear it. Once you finish the campaign and reach level 20 go to the tower and speak everyone there beginning with Hawthorne. During those conversations you should get the Coldheart and Kill Tracker Ghost.

Madden 24 is set for worldwide release on Friday, Aug. 18. However, fans have a chance to play the game three days before the formal release.

So, you need to wait till 18th August to play it on TV or get support from EA Sports.

Pre-order early access
The earliest way to get full access to Madden 24 is to pre-order the Deluxe Edition. Pre-ordering the standard edition won't give a user early access, but the game will be available on Aug. 15 for those who pre-order the Deluxe Edition.

The Deluxe Edition can be pre-ordered for $99.99, or $89.99 for EA Play subscribers. (The standard edition costs $69.99.)

Pre-ordering the Deluxe Edition will also give users additional features:

4,600 Madden Points
Josh Allen Elite Player Item
2 Madden Strategy Items
Unlike the 10-hour trial for EA Play subscribers, pre-ordering the Deluxe Edition of Madden 24 will give users permanent access.

Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We see you have a question on a pre-order. All skins and add-ons from the deluxe are for the profile that gets the deluxe edition. The pre-order items sometimes are allowed to be shared but also sometimes not. This
is all dependent on the developer.

it's in the FAQ and their website there is only the digital deluxe that contains both, if you pre-order it before release, you will get all the pre-order items in April.
