    Thanks for the added info guys. Im pretty hyped for this game. Im just waiting now for that email to come through, though with most things weirdly going to my junk folder for some reason, I will miss it if im not careful because that fills up pretty quick.
    You can invite friends and such to play, who are in the beta right? Its not just locked to randomers?

    Sorry if this has been answered before.

    Guys you can now go to Bungie.net and register for the beta (if you have a pre-order code) it will then tell you to come back on the 23 July to get the code for the XBL marketplace.

    It also looks like you get 3 codes when they become available!!

    Yup. Chose my platform this morning. Can confirm we will get 3 codes for "A full fire team".

    Still gutted its only running for 4 days though.

    The 23 July seems so far away as well, oh well at least we are getting to participate in the beta and they have made it relatively easy to get beta keys.

    Dont insult Halo with the trash that is Destiny. Destiny has about .5% of the content Halo does. Not to mention the MP is abysmal in Destiny.

    The people enjoying Destiny are... enjoying Destiny. We're not wasting time "defending" a title, we're playing it. I clock 3hrs a night on Destiny and more on the weekends. I'm not going to waste Destiny time trying to convince others that their dislike
    of the game is "wrong" when I could instead be playing Destiny.

    Activision is a publically traded company. They cannot overhype Destiny's success in an earnings call as that would be fraud. Bungie has the numbers to show how well Destiny is doing. Those numbers must be decent for Activision or they wouldn't figure prominently
    in the earnings report.
