Destiny won't download properly.

Every time I try to start up destiny it says that it needs to download an additional 1gb and when I press the finish installing button it just says that something went wrong. I downloaded normally without any issues but this is just preventing me from playing
it.

Puzzles won't download properly!!

I just bought with 8500 gold bars the CUTE ANIMALS puzzle and like, the last three set of puzzles, it did not load properly! When the puzzle is finished, it goes off line, I do not get any gold bars, and it doesn't register finished. You need to get your
tech team to fix the glitch on your end. Why send out new puzzles when they don't work? Get some tech people who know what they are doing and FIX IT!!

 

Everytime i play destiny it keep kicking me offline

I'm having the same thing here. And know it won't stop. I got destiny and the xbox one for Christmas I've only played destiny properly ones because of this. If they don't get it sorted I'm going to ps4

please try the following steps:

- Delete the installation for the game, when multiple storage devices are used double check it's removed from any connected storage device

- Perform a manual power cycle steps like mentioned on the following link, be sure to wait at least 60 seconds before powering on again:
Restart or Power Cycle Xbox One Console

- Download something else, like a demo for a game which is at least a couple of GB in size and check if that downloads fully

- Try installing Destiny again.

Performing these steps will (I assume) make sure the download will use any of the previous downloaded data

Try to clear the cache by holding down the power button for 10 secs and re-launch the update. If it does not work, try to uninstall the game and reinstall it again. Also check that you have enough space on the storage device.
