Destiny: What we know so far v6.0

I'm liking the new IB, you rank up really quickly, which means I don't have to dedicate the whole week to playing it

 

i love the new gamemode. Was so easy to get to rank 5 and i boosted my character from 353 to 364 really quickly. just need to grind the next few levels now! At least im a lot more raid ready for next week

 

Tried the raid on Tuesday was good fun got to the first boss battle but there was only 4 of us so couldn't get much further, really enjoyed the mechanics of the start.

 

I got the Iron Cow Hat last night along with a Shotgun of questionable use.

I haven't had the chance to play IB yet, I've been more interested in the Thorn quest which I haven't gotten yet again (33 Iron Lord bounties down now). This is turning into another LDR for me.

Also will just let you guys know that the achievement 'student of history' is currently bugged so players will either get the achievement and not the emblem or vice versa. I myself have gotten the emblem, but not the achievement and not even the switch profile
trick works so just a heads up. Bungie haven't confirmed it's broken either, even though there's a lot of people complaining on their website, haha.

 

Good week last week. Experienced the end of the raid (Didn't finish. Too many drop outs), Completed the Trials bounties and got some nice kit and really enjoyed Iron Banner!

 

Yeah Iron Banner was great, at first I didn't like the new system, but there seems to still be a second character buff. I managed to get both my alt characters done in the same time it took to do my main character so the grind was still very similar. It
got my main to 387 as well, but man my vault is hurting!

I finally got Thorn last night as well! Yaass, all I need is the Trespasser and new Warlock helm and I've got all the exotics again! Really keen for the heroic raid because the raid on normal is boring to me now, the rewards don't go over 385 so it's just
the exotic chests I look forward to.

It looks very nice with my Iron Cow Hat and the new Titan Speedy boots they gave me as well.

Nice perks.

It's like the Telesto of Sidearms.

Not a fan of Fusion Rifles but love Telesto.

Not a fan of Sidearms but Trespasser is fun.

 

the wrath of the machine is actually a pretty poor raid in terms of mechanics. its mainly point and shoot. throw the bombs, damage phase, rinse repeat

final boss is pretty good though as it requires decent communication but the rest is questionable.

 

Saved myself 23 Strange Coins.

Xur is selling Trespasser today.

Make sure you grab one as it's good for PVP and PVE.

I'm off to the Destiny Forums to complain that I EARNED by Trespasser!

 

Anyone excited for the festival of the lost or whatever it is called?
