Destiny update

This is [Mod Removed]. This has happened to EVERY game that has an update for me. Microsoft, FIX YOUR [Mod Removed]!!! I refuse to reinstall any more of my games to fix the update. It is a shoddy fix that isn't even guaranteed to work. It takes me at least
a week to download the update in the first place. My suggestion is to work out a system that allows us to download the update on a computer and then install it through a USB while the console is offline. Obviously there is a server hangup somewhere down the
line and I'm tired of your [Mod Removed] attempts to fix it.

 

I am having this same issue with Diablo as well. I have fully uninstalled everything, gone through all troubleshooting steps and when I attempt to re-install the games from the xbox marketplace (digital versions) I am given a "There was a problem with the
update" error.

 

I fully regret getting the Xbox one. Should have stuck with the 360. I'm never able to play the games because something is always wrong with an update. Microsoft support is helpful, but unbearably slow and the fact that I have to call them as often as I
have is outrageous.

I had to update destiny after it had been working fine for a few days. Then of course it stops install of update at 100% and nothing works. I'm certain they will drag me through all the steps again for an hour only to say to reinstall the game, which of
course means I won't be playing it today. What is the point of paying outrageous amounts of money for their crap if I can't play the *** games when I want.

 

Installed Destiny from disc just fine. My network is running fine, but the title update continues to freeze at 4%...... Hopefully the developers or support team can fix this so I can finally play. This has been an ongoing issue for about a week now.

Try doing a power cycle on your console by holding the power button for 10 seconds or until the console turns offs. Boot it back up and try again. If you have any further problems, please go ahead and create a new thread as this one is pretty old and the
title updates have changed since this posting. Make sure to provide details as to what error you are getting as well as what steps you have taken to try and resolve the issue. Thanks,
