Destiny update

Im trying to update destiny, but it stops at 100% and then nothing happens. Have been waiting for 2 hours to see if the update will finish, but it is just stuck on 100%. Anyone with similar problems and have a solution?

• Pause the update by highlighting the Destiny tile, press the menu button, and select 'Pause'.
  
• Press and hold the power button for 10 seconds, or until the console powers off.
  
• Power back on and launch Destiny to continue the update.

I can't even get the update to start, even though my network connection is fine

 

So i got mine to work finally.. I went into manage game for destiny. there was the update pass pending installation, I installed that season pass update. Then after that, I launched the game and it told me there was an update pending for 66 MB. It then
installed without issue. So maybe that pass part had to be installed first? Or they fixed the issue on the server side. This is what worked for me.

 

I'm having the same problem. It told me there was an update, but fails the install. Nothing I've tried works, including shutting off and removing power from the Xbone. There's no installs waiting in the queue. I tried to find a file I could delete so I could
force it to re download, but haven't been able to find the download file. I don't want to uninstall and reinstall Destiny if I don't have to, but that's what it's looking like.

 

I uninstalled Destiny, then I turned off the xbox by holding the power button on the consol for 5 seconds. And installed it again, and now its working.

 

I'm having the same problem had it since yesterday. I was really hoping to play but noooo. I'm gonna try what cintero said!

 

I'm having the same problem. Tried uninstalling and re-installing the game, but it still gets stuck at 100% when i do the update

 

Uninstalling and re-installing worked for me. I didn't need to shut off the XBox. And I didn't lose any progress I'd made in the game, though it takes hours to install completely.

 

try to install the game without the internett, then when you have installed it turn the internett back on and download the update

 

Just tried what Cintero said, but it's still not working

 

one little problem I had when trying too install destiny was that when I put the destiny cd in the xbox it did not register that it was in. so i had to switch to an other cd, start the game and press exit game. After that I had no problem with the 100% issue.

 

I was finally able to start the game yesterday, but it got stuck at 98% transferring content. So I uninstalled/re-installed the game again, did the update(no problems this time) and it finally works!

 

I am stuck. I was installing and pressed ready to start and it updated while installing. Maybe thats my prob
