Destiny "Trial Mode" not the full game HELP!

Every time I try to play Destiny it will only let me play the "Trial Mode" when I own the disc copy of the game.

Destiny Trial Mode Bug

I need help with my game. I bought Destiny: The collection with The Taken King Add-on not Rise of Iron about 5 months to a year ago. I recently moved and just got internet connection after 2 months without it and Xbox said i didnt own destiny so i went to
the store and got the trial mode(probably the worst idea i did) and i was able to play the full game even though i was in trial mode. So i uninstalled destiny and reinstalled it but its still in trial mode and now it has only trial mode activated. How do I
fix this and get destiny the full game back? I also installed the Rise of iron add-on when it came out. Please send some help! Xbox Gamertag is

Gold problems being annoying

What you would have bought would be a trial card, not a full gold card. Trials only give you access to some benefits of online multiplayer and will not work with all games and game modes. Some trial cards will only work for the game they came with.

Are you loading from a pinned demo tile? Try deleting the demo version completely and launch from disc. If that doesn't work you might want to try heading over to the Destiny forums which may be more helpful for figuring out problems with their specific
games.

Trial subscriptions do not change your account status to gold. They only give you access to some benefits of online multiplayer, but not all modes will work with trials. Destiny requires a full gold subscription, so trials will not work with that game.

Hey I need help with this, I've been having the trial forever, I bought the regular Destiny: Taken King bundle, but when I redownloaded the trial version ( wont let me download any other copy of destiny) and when I'm in game , it tells me I'm still in trial
mode. The bundle is useless. Help?!

Well it's working as intended

What game are you trying to use it on?

Destiny well if you read the box

You actually need gold for that game and it doesn't work on trials

Fyi trial codes don't change your status to gold you need actual gold for full benefits

Trial codes only allow temporary non ranked access to multiplayer games

and does not give you gold

Try the games you bought it with

it only works on a limited number of games and only in certain modes

Trials do not come with destiny
