    Hi,

    We have recently purchased an Xbox One for my brother along with the original copy of Destiny. He had already purchased all the DLC content on his xbox 360 so we assumed it would be a simple case of waiting for the content to transfer over as it is all linked
    to the same gamertag and microsoft account.

    Unfortunately, this wasn't the case, 2 of the 3 DLC's transfered over no problem, however The Taken King is missing, and when in game comes up with an option to buy the content again, I have checked the games content (xbox home/my games and apps/games/destiny/manage
    game) and there is nothing there for the taken king, normally it would say ready to install etc.

    So, my question is, is there a way that I can get a redeem code (or something similar) so we dont have to pay an additional £39.99 (inc vat) for something we technically already own ?

    The original purchase number is 567172081598169279 and was made on 20th Sept. 2015

    Missing add on on destiny

    So on xbox 360 i own destiny taken king but my xbox one says i dont own it but i own destiny and the dark below and house of wolves on xbox one it let transfer those over but then why doesnt it transfer over the taken king

    I just purchased Destiny: The Taken King via the Microsoft store site. I followed the link on the Destiny: The Taken King site to purchase the game for Xbox 360. Although the link said purchase for Xbox One, I assumed that this purchase would transfer across
    both the Xbox 360 and Xbox One consoles, as I found no other option for purchasing The Taken King. However, after purchasing The Taken King content for $42.75, I can find no way to access this content on my Xbox 360. Is there a way to access the content on
    Xbox 360, or to receive a refund for my purchase, as I do not own an Xbox one.

    I'm sorry to break it to you, according to Bungie the Taken King is not eligible for the free digital upgrade from the 360 to the Xbox One. www.bungie.net/.../12122

    It would need to be purchased again, or you have to reach out to Bungie to see if the can help.

    Xbox 360 game expansion will not transfer to Xbox One

    Hello SharpShooter7AR,

    Destiny: The Taken King DLC does not transfer over from Xbox 360 to Xbox One like Expansion 1 (Dark Below) and Expansion 2 (House of Wolves). It was noted prior to release that The Taken King DLC would need to be purchased on both platforms separately if
    you wished to play on 360 and One.

    I originally had bought Destiny: The Taken King Legendary edition when it released on Xbox 360. I then upgraded to Xbox One, and I bought a pre owned copy of Destiny: the taken King Legendary Edition. It did not come with a code. My original Xbox 360 copy
    did, and i redeemed it then. I still am unable to buy the new expansion.
