Destiny: The Taken King License problem

Still no new response or acknowledgment from bungie. And MS remains silent on updates as well... I think I'll just request my money back as currently this content is not what I paid for.

For those still looking here or just keeping track, I contacted MS support again, and while quite frustrating at times during this 2 hour chat (no joke) he said because bungie is a third party MS has to wait until Bungie gets around to it. The rep also managed
to find the ONE BUNGIE REPLY in regards to this issue. So seeing the one official Bungie response to that persons thread is a little heartening, even if kinda not since it was made on release...

I remain hopeful thisll get fixed sooner rather than later

Microsoft does what they can to provide content as stated. However, if the developer decides to turn off the license sharing, as Bungie can do, then there's nothing they can do about it.

If it were indeed done intentionally and that information withheld then either Bungie or Microsoft would have legal issues to deal with as I'm pretty sure it would be selling something under false pretenses. As it stands now anyone having this issue essentially
did not get what they paid for (by description and agreement).

But given how this particular issue seems to be effecting 360 owners; and numerous other issues effecting everyone on all consoles, does lean me more towards it being an unintentional bug.

The only thing that makes it pointless is just because there's no official answer from an official source, so yes it is all
just speculation as there's not much else we have to go on. However its not entirely pointless because anyone else having this issue will see their not the only ones (which is what's happened on the same topic I posted on bungie help), and if ever answered,
will stand as a solution for those still searching.

But yes, speculation and guessing, even if some far-fetched, to make light of a completely uncalled for situation.

To Onyx62: 'Strange but True' isn't what I would call it. If your information is correct, as it seems to be, then, in essence, we were lied to in the Usage Restrictions screen. Unfortunately, there's nothing 'strange' about that.
