Destiny the Taken King Legendary Edition. Stuck in Trial Mode

So heres the problem up front. I've recently brought Destiny the Taken King Legend Legendary Edition on disk from my local Gamestop, And when i tried to put it in to play it, it said i was still in trial. Personally i think it was because i still had the
trial installed because my friend had claimed that i could use it for when i actually got the game. Yes, i have already tried re-installing it and 28 hours later it's still saying i'm in trial mode. I've also tried deleting my characters and i was still in
trial mode after quickly finishing the tutorial. Anyone have any ideas to fix this, i really want to progress past the devil's lair.

Destiny stuck in trial mode

I bought the taken king legendary edition after getting the trial mode of destiny. When I launched Destiny again, I was still in trial mode. Later I cleared my cache and had the same result. After that I uninstalled the game as a whole the installed again.
I still have the same result of being stuck in trial mode.

 

im confused please someone explain this

doesnt destiny the taken king come with: destiny, expansion 1 and 2 and the taken king for 60$?

Did you install all the DLC?

If so please try deleting your gamertag, turn off the console and then back on again and then redownload it to see if that helps.

 

I did so, I'll be back in 30 hours at most to see to say if this worked.

Hey I need help with this, I've been having the trial forever, I bought the regular Destiny: Taken King bundle, but when I redownloaded the trial version ( wont let me download any other copy of destiny) and when I'm in game , it tells me I'm still in trial
mode. The bundle is useless. Help?!

Old thread, I know. But I'm having a similar problem to this date. I had destiny with the first 2 DLC's (everything but taken King) on my Xbox 360. I stopped playing in that for a while. Just recently I looked into for my xbox one. When I tried to purchase
destiny itself, it always placed me back at the home screen so I was never able to purchase it. That's when I got the trial version. After getting the trial version, I bought the taken king collectors edition. However since it still won't let me buy destiny,
I'm stuck in trial and can't access anything new, let alone anything that comes with just the full version of destiny. If anyone can help that'd be great, I can explain it more if anyone needs, I know this is a super long paragraph XD

 

for future reference it would be better to create a new thread instead of bunping older ones. in the meantime you'll need to call phone support so they can remove the trial license from your account that is causing this issue. click the link below to get
