    I made the mistake of buying The Dark Below on my xbox one, assuming I could transfer it down to my 360 as well.

    Nope.

    After about three hours of being on the phone with xbox, I ended up just re-purchasing the DLC a second time for my 360. They were willing to refund me the money I had already spent BUT I would have to delete the DLC from my xbone. I really didn't feel like
    re-downloading it so chose to cough up another 20 bucks.

    Anyways, if you buy it on 360, it can be transferred to your xbox one.

    Buy it on your xbox one...then you're ***.

    All in all, we 360 users just have to wait till tuesday.

    Destiny The Taken King for 360

    I purchased it on my Xbox 360 console by loading destiny and clicking on the Taken King Mars mission where it prompted me for my purchase information.

    I purchased the TTK Collector's Edition Digital for $80 content on the Xbox Store and I just realize that is bit more expensive than the destiny orbit section. It tells me that it requires the TTK even though I bought the Collector's Edition about few days
    ago before when it came out... Is really depressing when you have the Collector's Edition and you can't even play the game.

    I know Destiny seems like a wonderful game, but keep in mind that it is a server, expiry format, if you don't cough up money periodically, like the taken king, you will be truncated and left behind, I only say this because I purchased the game last August,
    and then the 2 expansions, a few weeks later it was useless, and when I tried to get support, I was ignored by Bungie, and told by Microsoft "So sad, there is nothing we can do, have a nice day" while all of my friends that purchaced from Sony, and felt cheated,
    received a full refund, as per company policy. (sorry for venting, I was formerly a fan of Microsoft gaming)

    Alright all the disc includes is Destiny. It does not contain The Taken King. The Taken king is a DLC.

    I originally had bought Destiny: The Taken King Legendary edition when it released on Xbox 360. I then upgraded to Xbox One, and I bought a pre owned copy of Destiny: the taken King Legendary Edition. It did not come with a code. My original Xbox 360 copy
    did, and i redeemed it then. I still am unable to buy the new expansion.
