Destiny: The Taken King - Digital Collector's Edition for xbox360. Can't download game.

I bought Destiny: The Taken King - Digital Collector's Edition for xbox360. I run the app, press "A" and I see a window where I can download the Expansion I and Expansion II and nothing else. I tried several times to clear the cache, reinstall the application
and did not get anything.

I Paid for Content and Now it is Gone

So just a few days ago I bought Destiny: The Taken King - Legendary Edition for $30.00 USD in the Xbox Live Store because it was on sale for Gold Members. That bundle includes Destiny, Destiny: The Taken King, and Destiny: The Taken King -
Digital Collector's Edition Upgrade. I was able to download everything. However in game my Destiny: The Taken King - Digital Collector's Edition Upgrade content did not show up. So I quit and closed the game completely and went into manage game and uninstalled
it. I then reinstalled the Digital Collector's Edition Upgrade content and restarted my game. It did not appear again so I quit and completely closed the game. But when I uninstalled it and to try again my Destiny: The Taken King - Digital Collector's Edition
Upgrade did not appear in the add-on to download section like it normally does. So can someone help me figure out what went wrong? I paid for this add I want my content back. I am writing on the Destiny forums about the content not appearing but can someone
tell me why I cannot see or re-download the Destiny: The Taken King - Digital Collector's Edition Upgrade content. Thank you!

I'm sorry to see any issues with your purchase! If you download everything you can and then do a search for "The Taken King" on your console, is it asking you to pay for it or to download to your console? The Taken King does require you to have all expansions
and the base game to be installed before you can use it, and it might need to be installed separately. Let me know how it goes!

 

I can download only "Expansion I" and "Expansion II", but it does not make sense without base game. But I can't download base game included to Collector's Edition.

I found "The Taken King", it is asking me to pay for it.

 

Try to launch the game. Under the Cinematics page, find The Taken King. It should allow you to install that content from there.

 

I did it immediately after purchase. But I saw only an empty page which immediately closed and then other page where I can download only "Expansion I" and "Expansion II".

 

Interesting! So you're having issues with downloading the base game as well? Have you
contacted chat support yet? If you haven't, I suggest doing that and having them check your licenses on your account. It sounds like there might be an issue there, and we're unable to dig further
into that here on the forums.

Good day! My problem has not been solved yet. I've already twice contacted chat support. The second time I was asked to wait a letter for my email within 72 hours. But a week has already passed, but there are no letters.
