Destiny the collection DLC Issues

Back in 2016 i bought Destiny the collection physical copy and had redeemed the codes for each DLC. However in 2019, after re-installing the game i cannot re-install said DLC.

My Console ID is: [Mod Removed- Personal info]

I redeemed the codes on a seperate account named ZauTiKz which has been removed from my xbox and has few activity's other than Destiny and/or Destiny 2.

In order to purchase Destiny: Rise of Iron individually, the account you are attempting to purchase it on must own Destiny: The Taken King and all prior DLC's. If you own the DLC on a separate account, you will not be eligible for the upgrade price and will
need to purchase Destiny: The Collection.

Your best bet would have been to purchase The Destiny 2 Forsaken complete collection, yeah it comes with Destiny 2 full game, but comes with all dlc too, and the price has been knocked down by 60%. Here is the link

Purchased destiny collection with dlc 1 and 2 then got the taken king dlc. link still says unavailable and any other search comes up rise of iron part of a bundle for the collection. if i have the collection isnt this part of the bundle but still cant access
it.

To re-evaluate what I meant is, I bought the destiny game title (when it first released). Bought the DLC on the Xbox console without issues.

But now cannot buy the standalone dlc for RoI and have to buy the collection on the store for $60. No thanks.
