Destiny Taken king collector's edition upgrade

I have purchased the taken king and the digital collector's edition upgrade, however it won't let me install the upgrade it just continues to say manage on it, and I did not get any of the class items nor weapons packs in game, it says i've already purchased
it, I don't quite know what's going on.

I Paid for Content and Now it is Gone

So just a few days ago I bought Destiny: The Taken King - Legendary Edition for $30.00 USD in the Xbox Live Store because it was on sale for Gold Members. That bundle includes Destiny, Destiny: The Taken King, and Destiny: The Taken King -
Digital Collector's Edition Upgrade. I was able to download everything. However in game my Destiny: The Taken King - Digital Collector's Edition Upgrade content did not show up. So I quit and closed the game completely and went into manage game and uninstalled
it. I then reinstalled the Digital Collector's Edition Upgrade content and restarted my game. It did not appear again so I quit and completely closed the game. But when I uninstalled it and to try again my Destiny: The Taken King - Digital Collector's Edition
Upgrade did not appear in the add-on to download section like it normally does. So can someone help me figure out what went wrong? I paid for this add I want my content back. I am writing on the Destiny forums about the content not appearing but can someone
tell me why I cannot see or re-download the Destiny: The Taken King - Digital Collector's Edition Upgrade content. Thank you!

have you attempted to cancel the installation of the TTK upgrade/delete it and try to re-install it again? The contents of the upgrade include 3 class items, 3 class-specific shaders and 3 class-specific new emotes. As for the weapon packs (including SUROS
shader and emblem), those were only available if you pre-ordered the TTK DLC itself (i.e. purchased before the 15th of this month).

If you did pre-order, you can find the new emblem and shader at the postmaster and the SUROS and Vanguard weapon packs at the Vanguard Quartermaster in the tower hangar.

 

@ Watch7ower thanks i have been looking as to where you find the SUROS and Vanguard weapon packs. i know i didn't get all of the rest but did manage to find the shaders and emblem and emotes close to the vendors who normally sell that stuff it didn't give
all of that stuff to my titan and hunter. and had been looking as to where the weapons were but nothing till now as to where to find/get them.

the SUROS/Vanguard pre-order weapons did cause some confusion as they showed up at the Vanguard Quartermaster (and also require glimmer to buy...) as opposed to being sent to the post-master in reward form like normal.

As for the SUROS fire emblem and shader, the postmaster will only have the package for the first character you logged into (in this case, your Warlock). However, to get it on your Hunter and Titan, simply visit the emblem and shader kiosks near Eva Levante
in Tower North. You can have the emblem and shader equipped on all 3 characters at the same time.

I do believe your exotic class items should be at the postmaster (one for each class). The emotes are class-specific (one for each class). Visit the emote kiosk downstairs in the Hangar on each character to claim the emote for that class.
