Destiny Taken King Collectors Edition Items

What time will we be able to purchase the collectors edition content items tomorrow? According to Bungie they are available tomorrow but no time line is given. If I look on the Xbox store currently it says I need to purchase the bundle but Bungie has said
this will no longer be required.

According to the Xbox Store page for
Destiny: The Taken King Legendary Edition, that content is not included in the pack you purchased. If you are interested in the Collector's Edition content, you would need to purchase the

Destiny: The Taken King Collector's Edition Upgrade separately.

Normally you can download the game early but wont be able to play it until the release date. Most of the time, the game will be available to play at midnight your time zone, but it there are no guarantee's that it will be available at 12a.m. your time. Follow
these steps to download the game:

Once purchase is complete, download this content by selecting the “Manage” button on the product details page on your console.

What I was looking for was information specifically about purchasing the Collectors Edition items. I already own Destiny and The Taken King.

The Collector's Edition bundle contains additional items that are supposed to be available for purchase separately. Currently they are listed as part of a bundle only, but they are supposed to be available for individual sale as well. I am hoping this will
be available by tomorrow so I can make use of them.

There should be an option to launch the store on the game once available, and you should see the bundle there for either free, or a small charge of lets say $9.99+ (just using that as an example). If it's not there for purchase separately, then that means
you would had to purchase the bundle with the game.

Bungie's website has a countdown timer that lists the time that TTK comes active in the game (5 am EST).

I would presume that the content should come available for purchase at that time.

At the moment though we're left only with the fact that the DLC is only available as part of the bundle.

When it does come available for purchase though it will be for $20 as per Bungie's news post back in June.

For anyone who might have the same question I did, the upgrade went live at midnight and is now available.

I'm trying to buy Destiny: The Taken King - Digital Collectors Edition Upgrade, but when I go to buy it on the marketplace it says its unavailable, yet canadian friends have had no issue buying it... so why is it unavailable for me? any fixs please?

 

There was known issue that bungee mentioned was occurring and preventing people from being able to buy this.
