    Destiny, stuck in trail mode


    i have the game on disc, bought the first DLC, then purchased The Taken King on the 360. We just upgraded to the xbox one and now i have found that all the content i have has been locked. I am stuck in trial mode and cannot access even the DLC i purchased
    seperatly. Is there anything i can do to remedy this? I cant justify buying the game for the 3rd time.!

    Destiny stuck in trial mode

    Sometimes the game might show as Trial in the Store because you got the trial from the store but then bought the disc. Is your son able to pass level 7 in Destiny? If yes, then the game is not in trial mode anymore.

    If you act quickly you can upgrade your 360 copy to a xbox one copy for free. Of course there are some restrictions but you can read about the deal here. But do hurry I think

    Have you tried deleting the Trial version completely then installing the game only and trying it then.

    There's no trial version to have if you do it that way.

    Hi there, so when you downloaded the game again, did you uninstall it first or just re-download it? This looks like a fairly common issue and most have said that uninstalling/deleting the game before re-downloading it fixed the issue so I could only suggest
    doing that.

    If you are sharing the game then the gamertag that made the original purchase must be set as Home on your console or must be logged in for you to be able to play the full version. Otherwise you will need to purchase it yourself.
