    I purchased the Destiny Season Pass through the dashboard on 2/14/15, I've had no issues with it up until today, when I turned on my console to play Destiny, all DLC content was locked and only prompted me to "Purchase" the content. Figuring maybe somethung
    was just going on, I did all the troubleshooting.

    > Hard Reset - Didn't work

    > Uninstalled "Season Pass", "The Dark Below", & "House of Wolves", then reinstalled - Didn't work

    > Uninstalled ALL oF Destiny and all DLC, reinstalled - Didn't Work

    > Removed my pto file (gamertag) and recovered - Didn't work

    > Factory Reset my xbox - Didn't work

    So I went to the Bungie forums & Twitter, they told me that since it was bought through the dashboard, it was a problem I would have to call Microsoft about. So I called 1-800-4MY-XBOX and spoke with an agent who had me redo all above steps to no avail.
    She told me I had to contact the developer (Bungie) I told her I already had and she insisted I HAD to that there was nothing she could do. I ask if she could "delete my license & re-add it" (Not asking for a refund) she said "We don't offer refunds on digitally
    purchased items".

    I told her I was just asking her to "renew my license" so to speak, she could see clearly that I bought it and even stated so, but again, said she couldn't refund me. Again, wasn't asking for a refund, then proceeded to give me a number to call to contact
    Bungie. That number was "1-800-469-9269", when I dialed that number, guess what?! It's simply 1-800-4MY-XBOX, I wasn't going to get the run around again so hung up.

    I contacted Bungie via Twitter with the same response as before, contact Microsoft because I purchased from them.

    So who's issue is this?! And how do I get it resolved? I PURCHASED THE SEASON PASS AND CANT ACCESS IT! Microsoft can see my purchase and throws blame at Bungie, Bungie can't see my purchase because I didn't buy it from them and they throw blame at Microsoft.

    I would like to throw my name into the hat and state that I'm having the same exact issue -- I redeemed my season pass for Season One via DVD code and my pass expired instantly. I actually went a step further and purchased each individual episode for Season
    Two since -- as others have stated -- isn't purchasable and I'm still unable to access the content, such as Top Clips, Featured Playlist, etc. As you know, it's dependent of a season pass license.

    I'm being cordial as I say this, but can't someone just issue out the license for Season One or even perhaps Season Two as well? That's essentially all we need. I have spent over six hours discussing this with a customer service via chat and on the phone
    just this week and definitely would like to see a timely resolution to this.

    Also, if anyone would like to use this as reference, the Service Request number for my call is [Mod Removed].

    Really sorry to hear about this. I've only heard of a few situations where this has happened in the past. Each and every time it had to be rectified via Bungie.

    The most notable one I remember was from a friend of mine. He purchased Destiny when it first came out but couldn't play it due to "license" issues. He contacting both Bungie and Microsoft who sent him back and forth several times.

    Finally he called Bungie and spoke with them on the phone. While on the phone they did something and he was miraculously able to connect to the game again.

    Research on the net shows that this is a contact number for Bungie. (425) 440-6800

    Unable to purchase Season 2 pass for Kinect Sesame Steet TV app

    The season 1 pass was deleted. Specifically, I deleted the following files:

    • Season Pass for Season One
    • Season Pass to Season One BONUS content
    Those names are given as they appear in the Account History. If deleted from the storage browser, they are called "Season Pass DVD Code License" and "Bonus Content License (SI Jan13)", respectively.
    I cleared the system cache as instructed and restarted the application. At that point, both the Season 1 pass and the Season 2 pass appeared with 2400 MSP on their graphic (instead of Season 2 being blank, as it had been previously).
    I added points and purchased the Season 2 pass. The license file downloaded (108KB) and 2400 points were deducted.
    I returned to the episode browser. The Season 1 episodes *and* the Season 2 episodes now show up as unpurchased. If I select a Season 2 episode, and choose "Re-download Season Pass", I get the "Download Again" option on the pop-up - so it knows that
    the license is attached to my account. But if I try to start an episode, it asks me to buy it for 400 MSP.
    Re-downloading the Season 1 license gives me access to the Season 1 episodes I'd previously purchased, but unsurprisingly does nothing to help with the Season 2 episodes.
    I subsequently went to verify that the Season 2 files were in my account history and my storage. The pass shows up in my download history as "Season Pass: Season 2- LICENSE". There's a new file in storage, named "Season Pass License (S1 Feb13)". It's
    the only new arrival, so I assume that it's related to the Season 2 purchase, but obviously the name isn't what I'd expect under the circumstances.
    So: I can confirm Sphinxykat's finding that the Season 2 pass does no good once it's purchased. The suggested fix allowed me to complete the purchase, but the license appears to be useless. Not sure if that's a different manifestation of the same problem,
    or a whole new one. Lucky me.

    Destiny 2 PC game sharing not working since recent patch?

    Similar issue. My children could play Destiny 2 expansions that I had purchased for PC (not seasons) on my desktop until this week. Because of this ability, I purchased Lightfall for both Xbox and PC. Something changed recently so that my Microsoft family (my kids) can no longer play any of my purchased DLC’s for Destiny 2 on PC. They haven’t yet had issues playing on my home Xbox, but now I’m unable to play the new campaign with them. It stinks.
