Destiny ROI preorder not in my order history, even though CC was charged.

I can see a credit card charge of $31.86 on 9/12 to Microsoft but there's nothing in my order history.

Xbox one preorder destiny ROI

I purchased the Rise of Iron expansion for Destiny on the Xbox 1 on 14 August. The release date was 20 September but I cannot access the content. The order details say it was cancelled but I never received a refund or notification.

How can I get the content I paid for or my money back so I can pay twice that for the only available option in the Xbox Store? My wife is having the same problem on her account.

Hey CannonbalI! If you're not able to see it in your order history, we most likely won't either. I would suggest disputing the charge with your bank and repurchasing. Post back and let me know how it goes!

 

Sorry to hear it. Can you please try backing out to the dashboard and highlighting the Destiny game then press the start button. From there choose manage game and check the ready to install list to see if the DLC needs to be installed.
