Destiny Rise of Iron preorder

I purchased the Iron lord for destiny from the live store. It is however not showing up in the game as purchased. My son who also purchased his game from the Live store, however his is shown as purchased in game.

I would like to know what is the problem ? The live store is not connecting with parts of destiny. I have reset my xbox and its still doing the same thing

I preordered Destiny rise of iron with GameStop. I got my code today and typed it in and it credited me with a 30 dollar Microsoft girt card. It tells me I need to go to the store and purchase it there but it says Destiny rise of iron preorder is not currently
avaliable.

To clarify, Destiny: Rise of Iron is not available for Xbox 360, but it is available for Xbox One. Are you able to see the content purchased on an Xbox One console?

I too preordered Destiny RIse of Iron for the xbox one on 8/23 (confirmed). I have downloaded the rise of iron and attempted to play the pre-mission. I get a "requirements not met" when I hover over the icon. If I click A more info the next screen takes
me to a page to purchase the rise of iron (purchase, enter code). If I try to purchase I get a "query failed, could not establish connection to the xbox games store. New silver purchases will update when you sign in." Have been on xbox customer support for
hours and left msg with Bungie, no luck. Anyone have any ideas???

 

It is also required that you own the latest expansion ( The Taken King) before being able to play the Rise of the Iron expansion.

 

Have all the expansions, and its on the xbox one, and xbox has been reset and reloaded

 

I'm trying to purchase rise of iron today and its not letting me for some reason its saying can not connect to xbox store anyone else having trouble today

I am having a related problem: I cannot locate and purchase the DLC expansion separate from the Collection Bundle. I would prefer not to spend extra money on content I have already purchased previously.

It makes very little sense to me, unless I am being coerced by MS and Bungie to line their pockets..

I pre-ordered from gamestop. then got an email saying rise of iron was ready to download. so i clicked on th elin kand redeemed the code... and got a 30 dollar MS gift card that I cant even use towards the add on, plus you don't get any of the pre-order
bonuses because you didnt really pre-order... you just bought a gift card. Unreal. Why is this acceptable?

 

Same thing happened to me as Sultani19. How is Gamestop allowed to do this bait and switch?

 

I am having similar issues. We preordered from Game Stop. We went to GS to pick up the activation code. Plugged it in on the xXboxOne and NOTHING. Tried to reset the system and enter the pass code again. It says it is already in use...but it does not
show up in our account....tried to call Microsoft and wait was over an hour...tried to send in request for call back and that failed...tried to chat and I was number 110 in line...what is going on????

 

I ordered from gamestop and no ROI dlc. lol Im not buying the whole game again to play it what a joke.
