Destiny Game in Xbox One

I read review of Destiny Game here
http://www.techgreet.com/destiny-game-early-review/ and very curious about it. As i have Xbox One and wants to play it asap. Please let me know when it will be coming to Xbox One?

 

It is a decent game, exactly what I expected to be honest; a mature Borderlands. I haven't even finished the game yet but Ive gotten to Venus. I've been taking my time doing the bounties and playing a little bit of Control in between. Nothing like gliding
above a control point and slamming a Nova Bomb right into the middle of a group of noobs. Maybe some more driving missions or even a flying mission would have broken up the monotony of killing hordes but that's pretty much what FPS games have become.

Solid 7/10 IMO

EDIT: The sword mission on the Moon was pretty fun! Felt like using the gravity hammer all over again.

 

There was definately too much hype for the game, I avoided pretty much everything to do with the game online until the beta, then played that, loved it so preordered. Again I didn't look at anything to do with the game until release.

This is the reason why I think I'm enjoying it over say someone who lived and breathed Destiny before release.

Just did my first strike as a level 8 with a couple of 9's and we struggled, the difficulty has definately been bumped since the beta, either that or I had some awesome weapons then!

 

I absolutely love this game, it's almost scary how addicted I am!! I honestly have no real complaints other than the lack of chat options and raid matchmaking. Everything else is superb and the foundation Bungie has laid for Destiny is really solid, the
future is extremely bright for this game and I honestly cannot wait to see what's next. 9.5/10 easily, definitely my favorite Xbox One game, and it'll most likely become one of my favorite games of all time. GOOD JOB BUNGIE!!!

 

this game is so addicting. I hit 20 yesterday hit a cpl light armor pieces and I still feel like there is soo much to do living it.

 

this is why i didnt pay top price for this i new there wouldnt be muct to the story and no achievements for completing each story mission

 

Not sure how anyone can classify the story as great or even good for that matter. The game is beautiful so I guess that is why everyone overlooks its flaws which are many.

No easy way to send a group invite for MP games. Still have no clue how to get more than 3 people into the Crucible.

Only 3 man fireteams. Completely silly. But I guess thats due to the fact there are only 3 classes.

Very low level cap. I have had to not play as much due to there being nothing to do if I beat the story and hit level 20.

The gear/loot system they have is beyond a joke. Not sure who at Bungie decided an MMO should only have 8 weapons.

Repetitive missions get horribly boring regardless if played with friends or solo. Maybe the Raids are fun, but story missions are so *** bland. The strikes however are challenging and a bit of fun.

Not sure why there is no space travel fighting type missions. Would be great fun to have to fight your way to the next planet instead of just a cut scene.

Still really not sure what the game spent $500 million dollars on. I guess it was marketing the game. No way that much went into actual development unless Dinklage and McCartney got a dump truck full of money for their work on the game.

Overall the game is solid. Nothing is great about the game, and has way too many flaws that can't be overlooked. I think most people have rose tinted glasses when looking at the game because it comes from Bungie. The groundwork is there for a good franchise,
however alot of work needs to go towards making it memorable.

Another part I forgot is Bungie has gone to great lengths not to classify Destiny as an MMO but that's exactly what it is. Calling it a Shared World Shooter is just a clever way to say MMO. I guess they figured they didn't have make varying types of weapons
and armor since its just a shooter. I really hope Bungie ditches the SWS moniker and just dub the thing an MMO and make Destiny 2 a true MMO. With a much higher level cap, weapons, armor and all the good aspects of an MMO.

 

"Level cap,weapons,armors..." You mean like a more deep RPG.

MMO will "just" adds more people to play with.Raids with 40 players (or more),events with 100 players (or more),cities with hundreds of players,ect....

 

Maybe I missed this, but what is Vanguard, glimmer, grimore, engrams? Bungie has done a horrible job of explaining things.

I dunno I feel like there is so much to do now that I hit 20. The random lvl 18, 20, etc strikes are very enjoyable. Just started the lvl 20 random strikes and got cpl pieces of light armor so I'm almost halfway to 21. They also have heroic missions
you can do. It seems now that I hit 20 I've been getting a lot more blue(rare) engrams. I do agree though it does feel like an mmo but I like that.

I have zero sympathy for the gobblers who stuck their heads down and desperately spanked this title in a silly bid to get a higher level than other people.

You missed so much.

Look at Akame above who thinks you're restricted to 3 man Fire Teams and thinks 20 is the maximum level?!?!?!

For some missions sure, but certainly not for all of them and there are higher levelled characters running around the game right now.

Brilliant game alone or with your buddies.

 

You are restricted to 3 man fireteams. You were in the UK forums looking to do a strike with 5 other people and were told you couldn't. If you can please enlighten the rest of us on how you can? And woppty doo you can go to level 26. Big deal. Still a small
level cap. Continue praising the game it is your right to do so but your opinion is worthless to me as you continually spout nonsense everyday.
