    Hi, I purchased Destiny via Xbox one and was told less than 20% into the download that you can get the 360 version and a free upgrade to the one. I stopped the download on the One and bought it on the 360 ( which I am currently downloading). There was
    no way to not pay again, but I should be able to get a refund on the original purchase, right? I want the game and want to pay, but not for each generation console. Who would I call to get a possible refund?

    I paid twice, in error, to have the advertisements stopped. I still have the advertisements and how do I get a refund?

    Destiny paid twice

    1-800-4my-xbox if you're in the US/Canada or
    support.xbox.com/contact-us     but keep in mind that everything in the marketplace does state that there are no refunds. So there is no guarantee they will give one.

    Microsoft support is allowed to refund one purchase a year as a courtesy.

    And yes, Destiny is a special case.

    If you buy the Xbox 360 version digitally, you get the 360 version AND the XBO version for $60.

    If you buy the Xbox One version digitally, you just get the XBO version for $60.

    There is -no- reason to buy the XBO digital version because of this.
