Destiny Multiplayer freeze

Most time when I play Destiny's PvP the game freezes it's happened as I hit someone with a sniper and when grenades have gone off I am unsure if that plays some factor I made a video on YouTube so you can see what I am talking about
you may notice that there is still sound being produced it may be the grenades audio, if I press the Xbox home button I will here a noise that would sound as the menu with controller off console off but it doesn't appear so all I can do is hold my finger over
the power button for 10 seconds till I can start it up again

It's way easier to just buy a new console and give your old one to a troubled youth.

^^^Clear your cache. Anytime you have a freezing problem that should be the first thing to do.

Please give the following steps a try:

• Press and hold the power button on your Xbox One console for 10 seconds.
• Once your console is powered off, unplug the power cord.
• Wait 5 minutes and plug in your console.
• Power on your console and try playing Destiny to see if the issue occurs again.
  
  

Give the suggested steps a try and if the issue continues, you can try Uninstalling and reinstalling Destiny.

 

I have the same issue, and have taken several troubleshooting steps, including the one provided with the power drain. None of these fix the issue. And the game now wont launch at all. I really need help with this. Please.

 

I have done that before a few times for another issue I also am experiencing, when I play a game occasionally it will close the game and return to dashboard as if I never opened the game it hadn't helped but last night I did play one pvp match without it
happening tho it did happen again the next match I tried to play

 

It still happening and I've done all those suggestions, it even happens now when my character respawns

 

I even tried restoring to factory defaults with no improvement

 

Same problem here its annoying.

 

I don't know what's going on but I have this same issue.. but for me once the game freezes I quit the game and shortly after I'm frozen at the dashboard.. When I hard reset I get no audio or video once my xbox gets turned on.. I'm not sure if it's a destiny
thing or xbox thing but all I know is my whole experience with video games has been ruined

 

My system starts working eventually but only to repeat this same process I have factory reset already and exchanged consoles only for it to happen again
