Destiny MP

So I finally got to play the Destiny MP last night and I about threw my controller through my wall. I prefer a level playing field in my MP games but it seems you carry over your SP character with their weapons and armor upgrades. This made the MP VERY unbalanced.
Is all of Destiny's MP like this? Can a level 8 be matched up with a level 50 in the future? Please tell me the MP will be balanced better than this as I really want this game but will pass if the MP stays unbalanced.

Dont insult Halo with the trash that is Destiny. Destiny has about .5% of the content Halo does. Not to mention the MP is abysmal in Destiny.

I will say it again, the price is outrageous. Another thing to consider is this not including a headset and mic could really affect online MP. Think about it, unless people buy it they will not have a headset. With all the online games, CoD, Battlefield, Destiny, Halo this is becoming a bad decision.

 

You should ask to Bungie,only them knows the answer.

Also,not sure if there are 50 levels.

 

it only takes about 3-6 hours to get level 8 and mostly green items, but I am sure there will be some balancing in the final release.

 

Ever played multiplayer before in any other FPS's? Do you think someone who is level 4 in COD is equal with someone who is lvl 50? I'm pretty sure that not everyone in a multiplayer game stays the same lvl. Leveling up
helps... or skills. IMO.
I'm also kinda sure that Destiny is a beta at the moment. Changes could actually occur to the final release. I don't really understand this post.

 

doesnt matter what level you are in CoD, thats a silly argument!

Max level for Character/Gear etc in the main release is level 20 - you can level up higher but thats Gear levelling through motes of light - not XP based

 

How is being matched with players level 5-8 unbalanced?

 

Lvls are disabled in pvp on destiny it says it right when you hover over the dead bits in the bottom left corner with the cusor circle thingy!

So it's not a lvl problem it's a you problem!

What I pointed out.. and rightly so.. was that your comparison of Destiny MP to CoD was a complete farce...

So levels and gear don't matter? Seems what I was getting shot by hurt a lot more than what I was shooting the whole time. Figured it was based on levels and gear. If you guys and gals say differently then I shall try again tonight. I really want to like
this game but if the MP isn't balanced then what is the point?

I prefer games like BF so maybe this isn't it, who knows.

 

Mp seems tacked on I'm not getting this game to play mp matches.
