Destiny meet up thread

Hello guy's i thought id make this thread up because well tbh i am a lone wolf type of playerit isnt that i don't enjoy being in a team and helping my team move forward but for some reason Destiny is boring the hell out of me so much infact that yesterday
i only spent a hour on it. So i made this thread because id like to get people to join each other id like to team up inot a fireteam weather it be for PvE or PvP i am a warlock level 16 and i am on Venus as we speak.

I'm lvl 28 hunter looking to do weeklys and VoG. only played the raid once about halfway before everyone just quit...I eventually left shortly after it was just me and one other guy. hit me up @ my gt ^^^ I'm usually on during the day, sometimes in the evenings.

Excellent graphics, sound and very good gunplay mechanics.

Horrible story, repetitive, unimaginative missions and strikes, barren planets, no matchmaking for missions.

The game is somewhat bearable in a group but solo the wave after wave of respawns in a confined area gets to be annoying beyond belief. If you're the type that can put 100's of hours in GoW type horde mode then you may like the game......if you're looking
for a story and some depth in a game.....then this is a pass.

 

I've heard a lot of people saying they're bored doing the lone wolf thing, which I thought would happen to me going it, but the further I progress the more I want to solo until I reach level 28 and I can start teaming up to do the tough strikes and raids.

I actually did the weekly heroic solo, haha.

 

I've come to realize that strikes (and I'm assuming other missions) scale with how many people you have. I actually find them easier to do solo. Earlier today I was crazy enough to try a level 24 strike while only at level 22. I spent over an hour and a
half on the boss and only got him down to about 3/4 of his total life. To make it even worse, one of the other 2 players just sat there hiding - although it helped keep the game going longer, it wasn't worth it due to the scaling. He didn't even try to shoot
at the enemy at all! Needless to say, I reported him in-game for being unhelpful. It's one thing to get to cover and help your friends respawn if they go down, but it's quite another to do absolutely nothing and leech off of others' hard work. I eventually
gave up (which is something I rarely do).

 

What ever happened too merging multiple copy cat threads together? Have you all forgot about that tool?
