    Just finally signed onto xbox 360 and my destiny game is loading longer than usual and there is lag galore!!! What's the solution? Thank you!

    does this lag only happen on destiny? because it might be a problem with the game itself

    What does it feel like to play on Dedicated Servers?

    Destiny has a dedicated server of sorts but in a couple of regions, which is why the lag in MP is terrible. A good dedicated setup involves the servers being in many different regions like MS has in OZ now which is why I mentioned Halo 5 vs Destiny. Fast
    connection with zero lag and spot on hit detection. I won't buy any MP that still uses P2P.

    Hey there! Sorry you're experiencing so much lag!

    Since Destiny is an online-only game, all gameplay for that game will be impacted by the issues the Xbox Live service is currently experiencing.

    There's no official word on when everything should be back to normal, so the best advice right now is to wait it out while the Xbox team works to get everything back up and running.

    Xbox Live Status page    .

    Twice within a few days!!! LOL All I know is, if there is no compensation for this, I'm done with MS.

    Xbox 360 lagging out of certain games

    If you are only lagging out of Destiny and disconnecting from Xbox live and getting he hawk error, that means it's Destiny not your xbox or ISP, but if you are lagging out of other multiplayer online games as well it's most likely your internet connection.
