Destiny Installation on Xbox ONE

Long story short, I purchased Destiny back in December 2014, for the 360. I had the game installed with my main account, DarkStarXlll. I also purchased the expansion pass, this past July, for the 360, also installed under the same account. I just got
an Xbox One with MCC bundle, and noticed I had to option to install Destiny to my console. I installed it with the only account I had avaliable on my Xbox ONE, my main account, DarkStarXlll. The game fully installed, but gave me this message:

"Installation is almost done
If you have a game disc, insert it now. If this is installing from the Xbox Store, the person who purchased it needs to sign in with the profile they used at purchase."
Selecting my main account does nothing, I get the same message upon trying to start up destiny.
Every step of the way, my main account, DarkStarXlll has held the ownership of the game, so I don't understand why this is happening, and I could use some help getting this to work, or understanding why it doesn't work.

Destiny - update installation stopped @ 1%

I purchased Destiny when it came out and downloaded it directly to the Xbox One. The other day when I "XBOX ON'd " it notified me that Destiny installation stopped at 1%. I thought it must have been an update since I have been playing Call of Duty since
it came out and neglecting Destiny. Not sure what to do... haven't been able to get it to finish the installation. Anyone else seen this problem?

As for the downloadable games, this really depends on your bandwidth and net download speed. As for the Destiny installation, Try hard-restarting the console and starting the install again with the xbox one always on

The offer was only for a limited time, so I beleive it has since expired. From what I remember, it expired in Janruary

Dena is correct here. The free upgrade from the 360 to the One ended this past January 15 and is no longer available.

I think what happened here is that the console you purchased may have been returned to the retailer for some unknown reason. The person who had it before you had probably installed the game on the console in the past and, as such, it still remains in the
console's queue. I think that if you were to reset the console to factory settings you would find that the game would no longer be in the Ready to Install list.
