Destiny installation error code 0x800701f6

I uninstalled and reinstalled. Don't waste your time its Bungies server

 

I uninstalled and have been trying to reinstall for the past 2 hours and I only got to 52% and its completely stopped and and says installation stopped while the disk is in the console. Ive tried force shutting down my console and that didnt work, and I
kept trying to force to continue the installation and even that doesnt work so Im out of ideas and completely *** off now.

 

Also having the same issue. For kicks, I uninstalled all of the pre-install TTK stuff and tried to download that, which all worked fine.

 

This is so flusterating. Keep getting errors

I have yet to receive a response from support and I'm waiting.

Its been 3 hours and I've still got terrible speeds. Where are you support?

 

Why are downloads speeds from the store over the xbox one so terrible?

I am averaging 70 down / 16 up according to my xbox one but its taking an age to download anything.

There will be a point where i will download a GB in 2 mins which is what I'm expecting but most of the time it'll take 30 mins to do 300mb.

Why are the servers so crap?

I actually want this clarified. We pay £40 a year and this is not on.

Its not my internet as i dont have a problem on any other device and my xbox one always shows my correct internet connection speed. Where is the consistency? This was the selling point of the xbox one, servers servers and more servers. Put them to effing
use then!

I have the same issues going on. I spend a boat load of money every year on the Xbox stuff and I would sure like to get my money's worth out of it some day. If the company I work for had service like this I would be out of a job. Come on Microsoft get your
*** together.

Given that it worked perfectly for Playstation users, you have to think it's an XBL issue. I've been waiting at 4% since it launched. Worse yet, it intermittently stops and forces me to manually resume (so I can't just leave it and walk away, in case it
does start working and I haven't manually resumed).

• Pause the update by highlighting the Destiny tile, press the menu button, and select 'Pause'.
  
• Press and hold the power button for 10 seconds, or until the console powers off.
  
• Power back on and launch Destiny to continue the update.
