    Destiny headset problem


    people can hear me but I can't hear them though my headset at all. I know the ear piece works because it beeps when I have the volume maxed out. I have tried every setting with no luck. If I have it on speakers only, I can hear them through the t.v. But
    its only when they are in close proximity of my character. I've hard reset the Xbox one also. This is the only game I have this problem. Am I alone on this problem?

    Headset problem on Destiny.

    I had the same problem with the high pitched static sound. I just restarted destiny and it got rid of the static sound.

    Headset problem on Destiny.

    I bought Destiny on my xbox one and since I got it I noticed I had an issue. When I would be In oribit, I noticed next to my gamertag, it said I had my headset plugged in when I did not have it in at all. I don't have my connect plugged in either.
    It may be a bug but I tried everything to fix it. Also when I have Destiny in and my xbox party chat opened, an annoying high pitched sound would start up and it would only go away if I didn't have destiny in or if I put my headset in, but when I don't have
    my headset in the sound comes on. I don't know if anyone else is having the problem. It's just annoying seeing that I have my headset in when I don't. Please help! Thanks!

    I updated my headset with my controller and it worked. Have you tried that?

    Headset problem on Destiny.

    I have been having this problem as well when my brother and I are playing Destiny. Everything will be fine for a few minutes, and then we can't hear each other. Party chat says I am talking, but there is no sound on his end and vice verse. This issue started
    right after we both got the Stereo Headsets. I don't know if it is an issue with the stereo headset or a server problem on Destiny. Any help would be appreciated.
