Destiny has Never Loaded

I got Destiny for Xbox One several days to a week after launch. Since then, the game has never successfully gotten past the initial loading screen. I have the Digital Download edition.

The game always crashes very shortly after launching, anywhere from crashing at the initial splash screen, crashing at the "Press A To Connect" screen, crashing during the connection phase. The farthest the game has ever gotten before crashing is the screen
where you adjust the corners of the display. At some point in the startup process, the game always crashes back to the Home Screen. The game is usually able to download patches without issue. There are also usually strange audio effects, like pops and buzzes,
before the game eventually crashes.

So far, what I have tried:

-Uninstalled the Beta (which worked fine), redownloaded and installed Destiny, same problems persisted. Tried the download and reinstall process several times, no change.

-Reconfigued router settings, NAT is open, problem persisted

-Tried several suggestions online involving changing power settings, full resets, etc. Eventually reverted the console to factory settings and did nothing but download and install Destiny. Problem persisted.

-Tried to launch the game from another profile on the same console that shares Live with my account. This also failed.

-No patch from Bungie has fixed the issue.

I'm seriously fed up with the issue at this point. All support suggestions have failed. I paid 60 dollars for a splash screen, and that's absolutely unacceptable. I need a fix or a refund.

i pre loaded destiny and had no problems

 

Can't launch Destiny on Xbox One

Loaded Destiny on Xbox One; took over 6 hours to load updates; on launching Destiny, comes up with 'problems reading content' and crashes.

 

I have the same issue. I just bought it and now I regret it.
