Destiny Games on Demand?

So I'm majorly curious on whether or not Destiny will be on Games on Demand on Day 1, or within the week of it's release. The area that I live in doesn't have any gaming stores around it like Gamestop, so I usually have to order all my games online, however
in the event a game launches on Xbox and it's also a Day 1 on Demand, I tend to get it that way so I don't have to wait a few days for it to arrive in the mail.

So my question!

Is there any chance Destiny will be a Day 1 digital download for Xbox? On both 360 and One?

I noticed this with Destiny too - although going back to the dash and then back to the game (i.e. game still running) seems to fix it

Hey Raver Wolfe, good question, personally I'm looking forward to this game as I have decide to download my game now instead off hard copies, but will still buy the odd hard copy game from time-to-time.

Same here. My disc drive went out and I'm stuck with my 360 as is for the time being. Usually the one month delay is to iron out kinks in the Games on Demand version. The good thing is, they're doing public testing with a download right now and as we all
know, the beta runs seamlessly. That along with the guaranteed success of this game on any platform and yeah, Destiny seems more likely than most to get a day one digital release.

 

So I've done a little bit of researching, and after the release of Xbox One, Xbox 360 has been getting day one on demand releases, even with smaller games. So I believe a game this popular will most likely have a day one release on download if not a couple
days later.
