Destiny Game Download

Okay, so my friend and i purchased Destiny and we use to live together, but now he is moving in with his parents, so I got an xbox one for christmas and Destiny was a game I played he wasn't to fond of it, and I wanted to download it onto my system
but I didn't want to do this and get banned... so I wanted to know if I alerted xbox first and told them the situation would it be okay because I really don't want to have to save up and purchase it again :/ also we are only teenagers but as to why he lived
with me it is kind of personal :/ .. and yeah so I don't have a job to just buy it again or I would.. and I would get in trouble if I got console banned D;

i cant download destiny because it says my device is full yet it has 8 gb free of storage and destiny is 6.75 gb. i also spent 45 dollars on this so thats 45 dollars frickin wasted.

Because destiny requires 20gigs on top of that to install

8gigs is just the download size not the install size

got a new xbox and its not letting me redownload destiny all my other games are showing up for download but destiny isn't. The expansions and doc are tho

 

Sorry to hear it. If your friend had originally purchased the game then it belongs to him and cannot be transferred. The only way you could play it is if your Xbox One was set as his Home console or if his gamertag was signed in.

If he has his own console and doesn't want to help you then you'll need to purchase your own copy of destiny.
