Destiny full game showing up as trial

I had purchased the xbox one version of destiny recently and when it finished installing and I loaded it up,it said it was the trial mode.so I uninstalled and then reinstalled destiny.however it still says it is the trial mode despite the fact I bought the
full version on disc.How do I fix this?

Destiny has never been offered for games for gold

It is offered as a trial for free which you must make the full game purchase ingame

Its not false advertisement as the regular game is still listed as 69 bucks and the trial as free

which account is it downloaded to you can only use the full version on the account you purchased it on and the download has to be complete.

 

Did you have the trial version on your console and if so did you uninstall it? If not try uninstalling both then reinstall the game. Let us know. Good Luck!

 

Yes,I did get the trial version but I didn't uninstall it when I bought the full version.However,I can't find the trial in the store.

 

Go to My Games and Apps and in there you should see everything you currently have installed and if you go all the way to the right, everything you have installed before. Both versions of destiny should be there. If not I would uninstall whatever version
you have installed and all dlc.

Also are you sure that you're on the account you bought it on?

 

First of all,I bought the disc version and I have tried that but only the "full" version showed up and not the trial

 

Make sure you are clicking on the disc itself on the Home Screen if you go through "My games and apps" it might not work, also another suggestion could be just do the trial see if it ends and let's you continue with the disc in the tray! Let me know how
that goes!

 

Nothing has worked.i appreciate everybody that has suggested things but I give up with trying to make it work
