how do I claim a refund for the 2 destiny expansion passes I purchased Which have now been rendered unusable?

the new expansin pass the taken King, which is massively overpriced at £40 is needed to carry on playing the game and overwrites the passes I have already purchased.

i have been forced to no be able to play the game or play the expansions that I have paid for.

Obtaining a refund for the season pass

In searching for a refund of the same pass, I came across your post. I too am looking for a refund for the Destiny Expansion Pass. I'm not going to pay the same amount of money for lesser goods than someone on a different console. I am of the opinion
that Xbox owners were intentionally mislead. This is fraud.

Bungie has made some modifications to Destiny, it has posted this notice in the Microsoft store.

Do not purchase Destiny Expansion I: The Dark Below if you purchased the Destiny Limited, Ghost, or Digital Guardian Edition with the Expansion Pass, as you will be charged for it. Destiny Expansion I: The Dark Below may not be available on all platforms or in all territories. Pricing and release dates may vary by platform."

Destiny large expansion:

Expansion 4

The large expansion is said to have a huge amount of content to justify disc release as well as digital release. Our expansion pass covers 1 and 2.
