Extra charge on my credit card

Hello, recently I tried to buy the "Destiny Expansion I DLC" for a game called "Destiny". But for some reason I couldn't and it did not work. So, I instead decided to buy the "Destiny Expansion Pass". This worked and I continued to play my game. However,
when I was looking at my credit card history, I noticed I was charged for my "Destiny Expansion Pass" AND the "Destiny Expansion I DLC". Who can I talk to in order to get this fixed? Thanks for the help.

Sorry but no. The offer for the pass to be carried over to the Xbox One expired on January 15.

Bungie has made some modifications to Destiny, it has posted this notice in the Microsoft store.

Do not purchase Destiny Expansion I: The Dark Below if you purchased the Destiny Limited, Ghost, or Digital Guardian Edition with the Expansion Pass, as you will be charged for it. Expansion 4

The large expansion is said to have a huge amount of content to justify disc release as well as digital release. Our expansion pass covers 1 and 2.
