Destiny Expansion Pass Not Appearing as a Purchased Item

On Oct 7 of this year I ordered the Destiny Expansion Pass from Gamestop for my son. I received the redeemable code via e-mail the same day. I sent him the code. He used the code and it worked. Now, for whatever reason, his expansion pass no longer appears
as a purchased item in the Store. We tried reentering the code and we get a notification that the code has already been used. I don't have a clue as to when this error occurred. We discovered it after the latest Destiny update included an exclusive vehicle
for expansion pass owners, and he didn't get his content. Apparently the Xbox One doesn't a Download History like the 360 did. I would appreciate a response from an Xbox Support employee as to what needs to be done to resolve this issue.

All expansion packs are sharable but not in game items like bonus guns and currency what not that is specific to the profile that purchased it

I'm in the same boat, mine doesn't show as a purchased even though my redeemable code worked

 

The cards that you purchase are for currency and not the item. Please check commerce.microsoft.com to ensure you have the currency on your accounts. If so then head to the store and use the currency to purchase the item(s) you want.

 

I didn't buy a Live currency card. I bought a Destiny Expansion Pass digital download code from Gamestop.

 

I am aware of what you purchased. However, most of the expansion pack cards only provide currency. Please check the website that I posted above.

 

I have also has an issue with this but I received the currency and then when I tried to purchase the Destiny Expansion Pass off of the xbox games store I received a message saying that I needed to enter a credit card for the remaining balance. I have checked
and made sure that I have the $35 on my account and I have not made any other purchases since.

 

If you only have $35 in your currency and the amount is $34.99 then there will be tax added to the amount. This will need to be covered either by another currency card or by adding a credit card or paypal to help cover the difference.

 

I have the same problem but my MS account shows a balance of $40.01, but when I try to purchase the expansion on xbox live through xboxlive.com, it doesn't not show the MS account as an option to buy the expansion, just my credit card. Am I missing something?

 

On the Xbox 360 it will show the option but the Xbox One does not. It will just take the amount automatically first.

 

Game stop is not telling everyone that this does not include tax so you might have to add more money to your account

 

I have similar problem I went into Gamestop store and purchased add-on "the dark below" over the counter now when trying to download I am getting message that Code has been redeemed already, Any Thoughts??

 

As posted above, double check commerce.microsoft.com to see if you have an amount added to your account. This is how the add on cards work from retailers. It is a currency amount, not the actual download. If there is an amount added to your gamertag then
you will need to use that to purchase the DLC you want.
