Destiny Expansion pass mishaps

I have Xbox live gold, an Xbox 360, and a Xbox One. I purchased the Destiny expansion pass for the Xbox One, which worked perfectly. I then tried to download it on my 360, however for some reason it says i do not have the expansion for the 360.

I read the description for the Xbox 360 Destiny Expansion pass, and it specifically says that this would unlock both versions. It would make sense that either version of the pass would unlock on both the 360, and the One.

I don't have much hope that this can be rectified by some fancy button that somebody can tell me how to find, but at least i can try.

Any ideas?

Hello, recently I tried to buy the "Destiny Expansion I DLC" for a game called "Destiny". But for some reason I couldn't and it did not work. So, I instead decided to buy the "Destiny Expansion Pass". This worked and I continued to play my game. However,
when I was looking at my credit card history, I noticed I was charged for my "Destiny Expansion Pass" AND the "Destiny Expansion I DLC". Who can I talk to in order to get this fixed? Thanks for the help.

 

Sorry to hear it. The pass that contained House of Wolves and Dark Below was upgradeable from the Xbox 360 to the Xbox One only and only for a limited time. There was a time limit to do that which ended on January 15 of this past year.

Sorry but if you would like to play the game on both consoles then you would need to purchase the content for both consoles.. However, if you are simply hoping to gain the doubled up achievements all you need is to have the game installed on both consoles.
