Destiny expansion 1 won't download!

i have been trying to download expansion 1 for destiny but it just stays at 0% for a long period of time then say can't download expansion 1, I think it's the DLC itself that is broken as my friend is having the same problem when they licrence transferred
from another person with it, is there any solution that doesn't include redone loading the entire profile or uninstalling then reinstalling destiny??? I have already tried downloading it multiple times and deleting my cache then redone loading, but it still
isn't working???

[Destiny: The taken king - Legendary Edition] Cannot download EXPANSION I

I've successfully downloaded Legendary Edition for Destiny. Then I'm launching it and adding all downloads.

My XBOX360 downloaded successfully the next content:

The Taken King

Destiny

Destiny Expansion Pass

Expansion II

And then XBOX360 tries to download Expansion I, shows 1%complete for some seconds, then 100% and then shows an error "Can't download Expansion I"

After this I can't play Destiny and any other Legendary Edition content.

How can I fix this problem?

Same here can't download expansion 1 everything in the legendary edition downloads except expansion 1 on my Xbox 360 if anyone has found a fix please let me know I am downloading the compatibility packs for destiny as I type this message any information

Firstly, Bungie has decided to lock the Taken King content to the purchasing account on the 360. This means that unlike other downloaded content which can be shared with any other accounts on the console, you can only play Taken King with the gamertag that
purchased it.

Secondly, be aware that using the transfer tool to share content with friends is viewed as marketplace theft/fraud and can lead to all accounts and consoles involved being permanently banned.

 

This still does not explain why I can not down load expansion 1. I have tried everything Mr. TheEngineerGuy has done but can not download the expansion. I am only using my profile and I am note trying to transfer the title

 

Did anyone ever find a solution to this problem...???

 

Hello,

It is possible that a minor disconnection can cause a glitch in the download process and no matter how hard you try it won't finish.

In such cases I would recommend cleaning the system and re-trying. The details are below.

1. Remove profile - SETTINGS page (far right from home page), select STORAGE, then find your profile and remove.

2. While in your hard drive under GAMES & APPS look for any red or yellow icons with incomplete or unknown. Delete them. (This may include the game you are trying to fix)

3. Clear System Cache - SETTINGS page, select STORAGE and highlight a drive but don't select it. Press Y and select Clear System Cache. Agree when asked.

4. Be Patient - turn your console off for a full minute. This assists in resetting the console.

5. Turn on the console and download your profile - it is the icon next to 'create a profile'.

Try again. If it is still an issue repeat the steps but at Step 2 delete the troublesome game and complete the steps with the following.

6. Go to SETTINGS page & select ACCOUNT

7. Got to DOWNLOAD HISTORY and find the game/DLC you wanted. The most recent are first.

8. Select the item and then select DOWNLOAD AGAIN. This should fix the issue.
