Destiny DLC UPGRADE from 360 to one

Sorry but the Far Cry content cannot be upgraded to the Xbox One. If it's meant for the 360 then that is what it must be used for.

However, if you have a digital copy of Destiny that was originally purchased on the 360 then you can upgrade to the Xbox One for free. The same goes for the DLC (releases tomorrow). If you purchase it on the 360 you get a free upgrade to the Xbox One version.

The free upgrade for Destiny is only available until January 15.

I don’t recall if this dlc was designed for the 360 and ported to the Xbox 1 when the 360 became a legacy console. What’s more confusing, is that there is an “upgrade”, but the upgrade doesn’t explain what’s different from the original dlc or why the original
was de-activated.

I think it's only Xbox One issue. My friend who is playing on Xbox 360 purchased Deluxe Edition DLC without problems from Xbox Store. We both bought this game at ASDA.

Seriously - this is beyond ridicules. Same with upgrading Destiny.

And yes the upgrade from 360 to Xbox one is still unavailable. Nice Job with this guys when even Destiny could get that right.

The upgrade only applies to the digital Xbox 360 version of the game, and you have to have bought at least the expansion pass, the dark below, or the house of wolves DLC expansion packs for the 360 version.

If you just have the base game of Destiny, or you bought the latest Taken King (full DLC multi-pack) expansion, you are not eligible for the upgrade.
